Shipping policy

1. To begin the processing of your order, you will have to pay full of the price for selected product/s. You may chose the option depending on your preferences.
2. Shipping process begin after we receive your payment. 
3. The payment(s) can be done through:

1. The shipping costs will be covered by us. Note that this excludes customs’ fees and VAT.
2. Arrita Studio offers free worldwide shipping.
3. The products can only start shipping during weekdays.
4. The product(s) take(s) 7-10 business days to arrive at the Customer’s delivery address.
5. The express posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier and that the Customer shouldn’t be alarmed.
6. If the package is not signed/nobody is home, courier posts will deliver the package in the address provided by client.
